cas backgrounds: the animal crossing edition
happy new horizons day! i meant to get these posted earlier, but i slept most of my day away and when i woke up, my game was here, so i’ve been playing on and off for a while. but here’s part 1 of my 2 part new horizons celebration gift! so, here’s 12 cas background colors, named after & inspired by my 12 favorite villagers!
clicking the link’ll take you to a sfs folder with 12 zip folders inside, one for each color. each one comes with a preview image (just the solid color. it makes it easier for me personally to pick n choose cas backgrounds when i can see what they are in my folders), as well as the actual cas background itself.
no tou really because? cas backgrounds! have at it! just remember you can only have one cas bg in your mods folder at a time!

Boscia Cactus Hydrating Moisturizer

Here I am going to talk about the Boscia Cactus Hydrating Moisturizer! I received this product complimentary of Influenster!
If you do not know what Influenster is, it’s a website that allows the beauty and lifestyle community to leave honest and informative reviews! It’s free to join, and the more active you are, the more likely you are to receive free products to test out!
Now, the Boscia Cactus Hydrating Moisturizer retails for $38 on the Sephora website. The moisturizer is an “ultra-lightweight moisturizer that gives thirsty skin a sip of hydration, leaving skin soft, smooth, and supple” (Sephora.com). This product works great on all skin types and helps dryness, dullness and uneven texture, and oiliness.
In my personal opinion, I love this moisturizer so so much! It’s a gel-like consistency, which helps the product not feel super greasy when it comes in contact with my skin. For someone with combination skin, this product really helps my dry spots get the moisture they need while keeping my oily t-zone under control. I use this at night, and it really helps me get the moisture I need to sustain throughout the day.
In conclusion, I completely recommend this product for you guys! I understand that $38 is on the pricey side, but I really do see the quality of this product and how its totally worth the $38. A little goes a long way. I do recommend using the little spatula that it comes with.
